Question：Can you make OEM order with my logo ?
Answer：Yes ,we can make OEM order,We support our customers in setting up their own brand.
Question：What is the MOQ?
Answer：Our MOQ is 10 pcs for each model,flexible MOQ for our clients.The larger the number of a single model, the faster the delivery.
Question：What products do you deal in mainly?
Answer：We have more than 10000 models in over 58 series which includes copper and aluminum radiators for passenger cars、trucks 、generators、and construction vehicles, and heater cores、A/C condensers、intercoolers 、oil coolers, evaporator etc.
Question：How long is the warranty period of your products ?
Answer：For radiators we offer 2 years warranty . For A/C Condenser we can offer 18 months warranty . For heater cores and intercooler oil cooler ,we could offer 1 year warranty (subject to the production date of the product side plate)
Question：What about the quality of your products?
Answer：100% qualification test by inspection equipment.
Question：Do you have any certificate of your products?
Answer：By executing the ISO/TS16949:2009 Automotive Industry Quality System Certification in 2014 and IATF16949:2016 New Edition Quality Management System Certification on December 6, 2017.

Answer：Our company is a high-tech company integrating R&D, production and sales. Answer：Yes,we are manufactory. Our headquarters factory is in Lianhe Village,106 National Highway,Tangtang Town,Fogang County,Qingyuan City,Guangdong,China

Answer：Of course. Anytime.
Question：What series of products do you make?
Answer：Our products include German, Japanese, Korean, European, American, French, domestic and other series.
Question：What about the time of delivery if I want to make order?
Answer：It will take about 45-60 days to finish production after receiving deposit.Depending on the quantity of your order and the type of product, there will be different delivery cycles.
Question：What kind of packing does your product come in?
Answer：We have vacuum plastic wrap, foam packaging, regular inner package options.
Question：Where do you sell your products?
Answer：Our products are exported to more than 90 countries and regions, such as North America, Central and South America, Europe, Australia，the Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.
Question：How do I pay for it?
Answer：30%deposit ,70% balance pay off before shipment.If few samples or stocks 100% pay off before shipment.
Question：How do you deal with your after-sales?
Answer：Domestic customers we receive quality problems after-sales inspection analysis of the reasons to customers, foreign customers we quality problems with video or photos to customers related after-sales. Generally in order to re-exchange goods in the majority.
